Mr. Tony Banks

asked the Secretary of State for the Environment (1) why he has not yet given his consent to a grant to the Haringey women's training and educational centre for which the Greater London council applied on 20 November 1985;

(2) why he has not yet given his consent to a grant to the Newham allotments wasteland project for which the Greater London council applied on 20 November 1985;

(3) why he has not yet given his consent to a grant to the Chelsea social club for which the Greater London council applied on 13 November 1985;

(4) why he has not yet given his consent to a grant to the Limehouse Amenity Trust Ltd 12for which the Greater London council applied on 11 November 1985;

(5) why he has not yet given his consent to a grant to the London County bus services riverbus service for which the Greater London council applied on 11 November 1985;

(6) why he has not yet given his consent to an additional £2,800 grant to the Irish In Britain representation group in Camden, for which the Greater London council applied on 20 November 1985.
