§ Mr. John MacKayThe Scottish Home and Health Department is consulting Scottish health boards and the Common Services Agency on proposals for personal performance review and a performance-related pay scheme for general managers in the National Health Service in Scotland. The proposed scheme contains the main features of the scheme for performance pay which has been in operation in England since September.
