§ Mrs. FennerMy right hon. Friends are considering the very full, detailed and largely positive responses which we received on our consultation paper at the end of last 177W year. Developments in the wider context also need to be taken into account, in particular the EC Commission's discussion paper on Community action in the forestry sector which deals with some of the issues covered in the "Woodland as a Farm Crop" report.
