§ Mr. Onslowasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if, in the light of the decision of the Court of Appeal in the case of Pocock v. Steel, he proposes to seek to amend the wording of case 11 of schedule 15 to the Rent Act 1977, to enable householders who have let their homes whilst living abroad on business to recover possession on their return to the United Kingdom.
