§ Mr. EggarA spring Supplementary Estimate will be presented to Parliament inviting the provision of funds needed for overseas expenditure, including security expenditure, as a result of movements in overseas prices in accordance with the arrangements set out in Cmnd. 9367. Priorities have been adjusted to meet the most immediate requirements of recent studies on the security of missions and personnel overseas. Planning is under way to ensure that the full implications can be handled.
