§ Mr. Bestasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what plans Her Majesty's 291W Government have to resume trilateral negotiations with the United States and Soviet Union on a comprehensive nuclear test ban treaty following the requirement in the final consensus document of the third review conference of the non-proliferation treaty that the nuclear weapon states party to the non-proliferation treaty begin trilateral negotiations before the end of 1985.
