How much money has been provided each year for the "Opportunities for Volunteering Programme", since the programme started: how this money has been split between England, Wales and Scotland; and what is the provision for 1985–86.

Separate Opportunities for Volunteering schemes are operated in England and Wales, and grant in aid is paid to the Carnegie UK Trust to operate the related Unemployed Voluntary Action Fund in Scotland. The amounts made available for these programmes are as follows:
