Ian Paisleyasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland if he is able to give an assurance that sufficient extra allocations under the milk quota system will be available to enable all those dairy farmers in Northern Ireland allocated new or extra quotas by milk quota panels and tribunals finally to receive such allocations.
