§ Dr. David Clarkasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food whether his Department part-funded a study commissioned by Severn-Trent water authority and carried out by Silsoe college on the rate of uptake of land drainage schemes carried out by the Severn-Trent water authority; what where its findings; and if he will arrange for a copy of the study report to be placed in the Library.
§ Mrs. FennerMy Department contributed towards the cost of the Severn/Trent water authority's study to obtain access to its findings. A paper on the report was presented by the Severn/Trent water authority and Silsoe college at the annual conference of river engineers in July 1984. A copy of that paper is being placed in the Library. The full report is the property of the Severn-Trent water authority.
