§ Sir John Biggs-Davisonasked the Secretary of State for Defence what assistance was given by Her Majesty's forces to the current New Zealand expedition to South Georgia.
§ Mr. StanleyMembers of the expedition were allowed to travel to the Falkland Islands on a Royal Air Force airbridge flight and onwards to South Georgia aboard a Royal Fleet Auxiliary. The expedition will be charged the full cost for both journeys.
