§ Mr. StanleyI refer the hon. Member to my reply to the Adjournment debate of the hon. Member for Cynon Valley (Mrs. Clwyd) on 31 October, in which I made it clear that follow-on forces attack is concerned with implementation of existing NATO strategy and is not a departure from it.
