§ Mr. MacGregorSome minor improvements have already been made this season, in response to requests from traders, in the arrangements for the release of grain from intervention onto the home market, and we will continue to press for a relaxation of the Community rules concerning such release. The release of intervention stocks for export is a matter for the European Commission.
