§ 37. Mr. Norman Atkinsonasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will raise with the Soviet Foreign Secretary when he next meets him the question of the militarisation of outer space and the issues which prevent agreement.
§ Mr. LuceMy right hon. and learned Friend will continue to urge the Russians to respond positively and soon to the Americans' stated readiness to discuss all aspects of outer space arms control.
