§ Mr. John PattenI understand that the Liverpool social services department has indicated its willingness to fund a place for the hon. Member's constituent at Thingwall hall when the city council budget is approved. In the meantime, supplementary benefit funding may be possible. I shall write to the hon. Member again as soon as the position is settled.
