§ Mr. NewtonI have asked Professor Ian McColl, the chairman of the working party, to complete the review of services provided at artificial limb and appliance centres within a year, if possible. We will consider its findings as quickly as practicable, but it would not be sensible at this stage to make commitments on implementations.
