§ 20. Dr. Mawhinneyasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he has any plans to seek to visit eastern European countries.
§ Mr. RifkindMy right hon. and learned Friend has no firm plans at this stage to visit any eastern European countries. However, as he mentioned earlier to the hon. Member for Inverness, Nairn and Lochaber (Mr. Johnston), he has accepted an invitation to visit Moscow in July. The question of bilateral official visits is kept under continuous review.
