§ Mr. Patrick JenkinMy noble Friend Lord Bellwin visited Liverpool on 2 March as part of a visit to the north-west that day. Whilst in Liverpool, he met officials from the Merseyside development corporation and toured the international garden festival site and the Albert dock complex. He also officiated at the handover of Riverside walk. Later, Lord Bellwin met officials at the Merseyside task force.
