§ Mrs. ChalkerThe proposed A5020 Weston road extension, although related to the Department's A52 Barthomley Link to M6 proposals, is a local road scheme for which the Cheshire county council—the responsible highway authority. Questions about it are therefore for the county council to answer. Work on the Barthomley link is expected to start in the spring of 1985 and be completed in two years.
