§ Mr. NewtonWar pensioners who have a car on loan from the Department, and who choose to receive war pensioners' mobility supplement instead, may buy the car direct from the Department. Recipients of the supplement may use it to buy or lease a new car through Motability. There are no plans for the sale of the Department's cars through Motability.
