§ Mr. GummerSection 7 of the 1982 Act provides for compensation in cases of unfair dismissal in a closed shop to be awarded wholly or partly against a trade union where an industrial tribunal finds that it exerted pressure on the employer to dismiss the employee. No such award against a trade union has yet been made.
