Objections to local plans in both shire and metropolitan areas would continue to be made to the plan preparing authority.
§ Mr. Tony Banksasked the Secretary of State for the Environment, pursuant to his reply of 14 February, Official Report, column 179, whether his Department has yet identified the district council which will take on the residual matters as specified in paragraph 5.15 of "Streamlining the Cities", Cmnd. 9063.
