§ Mr. Barnettasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs whether Her Majesty's Government intend to be represented at the second international conference on assistance to refugees in Africa to be held in Geneva in July 1984; and when he expects to be able to say what extra contribution can be made by the United Kingdom to financing projects designed to alleviate the problems of refugees in that continent.
