§ Mr. Rifkind; The South African ambassador called on my right hon. and learned Friend on 21 September, when he discussed bilateral questions, including the situation created by the presence of the six men who had sought refuge in our Durban consulate. The ambassador has subsequently called on other Ministers and senior officials.
