§ Mr. MacfarlaneI am glad to be able to announce that the Civil Service benevolent fund has agreed to enter into a contract to manage the home on my right hon. Friend's behalf, with effect from 1 July 1985. I am confident they will be able to maintain standards and to preserve the traditions of the home.
