§ Mr. Wigleyasked the Secretary of State for Wales if he will publish a table indicating, for the most recent date, the proportion of secondary schools in each county in Wales in which Welsh is taught (a) as a first language only, (b) as a second language only, (c) both as a first and second language and (d) not at all; and how these figures compare with the position five and 10 years earlier.
