§ Mr. Wyn RobertsThe Bill makes provision for the Secretary of State to pay exchequer contribution to local authorities on the appropriate loan charges at the rate of 90 per cent. for reinstatement grant expenditure and 75 per cent. for repurchase expenditure which exceeds the defective value of the dwelling.
