§ Mr. PriorReports of the Northern Ireland Commissioner for Complaints are laid before Parliament under Section 11(3) of the Commissioner for Complaints Act (NI) 1969 as modified by paragraph 4(1) of Schedule 1 to the Northern Ireland Act 1974.
