§ Mr. Patrick JenkinThe management information system now includes a parallel system of performance review reports to improve planning and monitoring of the Department's public expenditure programmes. In both MINIS and the PRRs, I am giving particular attention to setting objectives and to developing performance indicators — steps to which I attach particular importance.
