§ Sir Philip Hollandasked the Secretary of State for Employment (1) if he will list in the Official Report the secondary education projects that are partially or wholly funded by the Manpower Services Commission; and if he will give the amount of such funding in each case and for each education authority;
(2) whether local education authorities have total discretion in their expenditure of funding received from the Manpower Services Commission in respect of the technical and vocational initiative.
