§ Mrs. ChalkerMy right hon. Friend intends to exercise his powers as highway authority to carry through a much-needed junction improvement on land which was originally acquired for just this purpose. The High Court has endorsed the right of the Department of Transport as landowner to possess the land and the campers know that they must vacate it so that the works may be carried out.
