§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeI understand that the charge is to be imposed by the university of Sussex for health care facilities which it provides. This is entirely a matter between the university and its students. Neither the Government nor the east Sussex family practitioner committee has any responsibility for or control over such a charge.
