§ Mr. Alfred Morrisasked the Secretary of State for Social Services what representations he has received from the Health and Safety Executive about the report of the committee on restrictions against disabled people; what assessment he has made of them; and whether he will publish them.
§ Mr. RossiThe chairman of the Health and Safety Commission replied on 22 March 1982 to my request for his observations on the report. I have placed a copy of that letter in the Library of the House. These views were taken into account in my letter to the chairman of CORAD of 25 May last year, a copy of which is also in the Library of the House.
