§ Mr. Marlowasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs whether he will make it his policy that British military or civilian representatives in the Lebanon should not deal with Elie Hobeika, in view of the latter's apparent implication in the Sabral Chatila massacre and his involvement with the Israeli organisation Mossad.
