§ Mr. OnslowMy right hon. Friend wrote to the hon. Member for Tottenham (Mr. Atkinson) on 26 January about this letter. The Haringey and district group of the anti-apartheid movement have since also received a reply on my behalf direct from the Department and I am sending a copy of this to the hon. Member.
