§ Mr. Dunlop asked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland whether he has any plans to reform the rating system in Northern Ireland.
§ Mr. John Patten: I shall be considering the implications for the rating system in Northern Ireland of the proposals for possible alternatives to domestic rates in Great Britain which will be published shortly in a Green Paper.
