§ Mr. Greville Janner asked the Secretary of State for Defence when he expects to decide where to place orders for a derivative of STIR, to be fitted on Type 23 frigates, to replace the Type 965 long range surveillance and the Type 992 target indication which were to be fitted on modernised Type 42 destroyers.
