HC Deb 19 October 1981 vol 10 c64W
Mr. Onslow

asked the Secretary of State for Social Services whether he will take action to improve the efficiency of his Department's Guildford office.

Mr. Rossi:

I wrote to my hon. Friend on 12 October describing the background to the situation at this office and the changes made and in prospect. The position will be closely monitored, and I shall expect to see a considerable improvement in the service offered to claimants.
