§ Mr. Hooleyasked the Lord Privy Seal what reports have been made to the Security Council by UNIFIL through the United Nations Secretary-General about deaths, destruction and casualties caused by Israeli bombing of civilians in the area of UNIFIL operations, during January and February of this year.
