Mr. Kilfedder

asked the Lord Privy Seal (1) if he will publish any documents which have been submitted by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office to the study group on institutions agreed between Her Majesty's Government and the Government of the Republic of Ireland;

(2) if he will make a statement on his Department's role in the study group on institutions agreed between Her Majesty's Government and the Government of the Republic of Ireland.
