§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeThirty-six miles of the road are complete. A further 21 are under construction. These and all other remaining sections except that between Micklefield Green and South Mimms should be complete by about the end of 1984, subject to satisfactory completion of the remaining statutory procedures. The section between Micklefield Green and South Mimms is planned to be completed in 1986.
