§ Mr. Wyn RobertsI refer my hon. Friend to the replies given on 12 March 1980 and 21 February 1980.—[Vol. 980, c.606; Vol. 979, c. 323–24.] The 1979–80 figures do not include allocations for energy conservation measures that were made separately but the 1980–81 figures do.
However, a further sum of £0.3 million was allocated in August 1980 for home insulation grants for the elderly on low incomes, and certain adjustments consequent upon the 1979–80 spend are under discussion with individual authorities.
