§ Mr. RifkindThe provisions of the Noise Abatement Act 1960 were incorporated in the Pollution Act 1974; statistics of convictions under the noise abatement sections of that Act are not separately available. Between 1966, the earliest year for which figures are available, and 1973, inclusive, there were 697 convictions under the Noise Abatement Act 1960.
