§ Mr. YoungerUnder the provisions of Regulations 17/64, 355/77 and 1852/78 (as extended by 592/79), 422 Scottish applications have been submitted to the Commission of the European Community for consideration; 252 applications have been successful so far and grants awarded total approximately £19¼ million.
