§ Mr. StanleyThe Government's intentions on the future project control of housing associations schemes were set out in my speech at the annual conference of the National Federation of Housing Associations in September a copy of which is in the library. I shall let the House have further details of the new system that will come into effect on 1 April 1981 as soon as further discussions with the Housing Corporation, the National Federation of Housing Associations and the local authority associations have been completed.
