§ Mr. MayhewMr. Lowry's appointment does not take effect till 2 February 1981. My right hon. Friend expects to be in frequent contact with him when he assumes office. I am sure that discussions will cover, amongst other topics, the various codes of practice on industrial relations and employment matters issued both by myself and by ACAS.
