§ Mr. Austin Mitchellasked the Secretary of State for Trade, futher to his reply dated 7 December concerning imports from the United States of America, if he will publish a statement in the Official Report showing how naphtha prices increased in the United States of America between 1973 and the third quarter of 1979 and the comparable increases in the United Kingdom; and what assessment he has made of the extent to which the problems of the United Kingdom man-made fibres industry are due to excessive prices charged for naphtha in the United Kingdom.
