Mr. Austin Mitchell

asked the Secretary of State for Trade whether he will circulate in the Official Report a table showing for textured yarn of continuous polyamide fibres (SITC 651:41) the volume and average value for 1979 of (a) imports from the United States of America and Germany after payment of duty and the amount of value added tax payable on the duty element and (b) exports to the Netherlands, Belgium and France; whether imports from the United States of America are restricted; and on what grounds.
