§ Mr. Nicholas EdwardsInvestigations into alternative routes proposed by objectors to the published orders for this scheme are continuing. It is hoped to start construction in 1983.
The current estimated cost of the published scheme is £11 million and its length is 4.66 miles (7.5 kms).
