§ Mr. MoyleI am satisfied that health authorities have sufficient resources to cope with the guidance issued by my Department in June 1973, following the publication of the report of the Joint Working Party on Ventilation in Operation Suites (Lidwell Report). But the determination of priorities in the allocation of resources is a matter for local decision.
