§ Mr. Warrenasked the Secretary of State for Energy when he expects the joint working group considering fuel economy in motor transport to publish its interim report, which in his answer to the hon. Member for Hastings on 11 December 1978 was announced to be expected in the new year.
§ Dr. John CunninghamThe joint working group is at present studying proposals440W made by the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders for a voluntary scheme. I hope to receive its interim report, in the light of discussions on these proposals, during April.
